I wish there was a magic workout that would beef me up. I've been training for a year and a half now, and I've only gained 5-10 pounds. I think my diet could use some tweaking, but for half of that time I was consuming 3000 cal/day. #lifeofahardgainer
Hey Kyle, have you read any of Chad Howse's stuff previously? That's kinda his specialty. He was a scrawny guy for a long time.
I, on the other hand, started out a lil' chunky and am just trying tone my physique.
Either way, keep at it, man. Not only is the arrival at the goal worth it, but the journey is too.
