Again, I have the EMF Hartford .38/.357 versions of this Uberti '73 SAA clone. The case-hardened frame is awful pretty but what's shown here is the John Wayne length and I got the 5 1/2" barrel. They slicked up real nice and pull real well from my Kirkpatrick Leather Idaho John rig. I also stuck in some Wolf lower tension springs that made quite a difference. Externally, all I did was change the appearance of the grips. As with my Stoeger Coach Gun, I sanded down the lacquered grips and rubbed on some linseed oil and maybe a little Ballistol. I really do like that natural oiled wood feel.
