Read this book and dug it. As someone who struggles with my moods being overly reactive to my surroundings, I took this guys advice and it helped a great deal. I've noticed the more and more I reevaluate my nutrition, the better I feel, overall. We've also cut out "noise" (Cable and other technological habitual distractions) and read more and try to learn and experience new things...I also try not to be negative. Its habit but he does a good job with explaining how all of these common things contribute to all the common brain illnesses. Its helped quite a bit and what this doc says makes sense. In Sardinia, (or Europe, for that matter) all the oldies were high-functioning and brain illnesses were minimal. Obviously it won't help EVERYONE..but its good food for thought. (GET IT?! J/K. But seriously. Check it out!)
