Egads, no excuse now!
I'd be more impressed if it *was* two hundred situps, instead of two hundred crunches.
There's no reason you can't follow the program and do sit-ups instead of crunches. The benefit of the program comes from having a structured workout plan.
Completed this last year... Painful to accomplish, but I did it!
If this former fat guy can do it, anyone can.
