    I would have to respectfully disagree with all but the one arm row and possibly the over head press. While they focus on unilatal movements and I appreciate that but those movements should be more of a supement than the actual approach to training. Strength development, fixing weaknesses, and learning the technique should be the driving issue here...
    My list:
    1 Back squat performed the same way consistently to learn the lift/technique with precision.
    2 one arm db row with sufficient loading.
    3 hamstrings. Strengthen them through all methods avaliable to you & often.
    4 bench press trained as a whole body movement not the bodybuilder style lift.
    5 Overhead presses done weekly, variety isn't bad but OHP done with a barbell while standing should be the most frequent option.
    (All with the assumption that dead lifting is occurring on a regular basis)

    I disagreed with the article and offered a different take but it's.....only my opinion on the issue.
