    Get prepped fit by training for triathlon. You'll be strong on a bike (next best transport when there is no fuel), able to run distance, and have a strong swim ability. And the endurance to each or all for hours on end.

    Egro that is a great point like I said there are so many different ways to get fit it doesn't have to be just going to the gym. thanks for the ideas.
