Some time ago I saw a post here that led to Knife & Flag. I went to their website and inquired about a custom work apron. I am a wood turner. While the aprons shown appear to be high quality and practical, a turner has different needs. An apron needs a high neckline to deflect the shavings that come back at you. Pockets, if any need to be inside, or at least have a bottom that can be opened to remove shavings. I've had trouble finding a good one so I contacted K&F and described my needs hoping they would be able to help me. (They do accept commissions for custom pieces after all.) Alas, I continue to await a response. Meanwhile I remain hopeful I can turn masterpieces sans the dishtowel tied around my neck.
