Wanted to share this simple recipe as I thought it would be appreciated by a few members here. I live in the country of NC. I make these with either quail eggs or I get a local farmer that provides Partridge eggs that are just as tasty. If you never have had pickled eggs they are like eating a deviled egg without all the fuss. I always feared them growing up as they were always served at local biker bar. Now really love them. Great for parties too. They keep for weeks if not for a long period as they are pickled.
