To pay tribute to its 175th anniversary, Patek Philippe created a collection of limited-edition commemorative timepieces, and one of them stands out in particular. It is the so far most complicated wristwatch of the eminent family-owned watchmaking companies and decidedly one of the world's most elaborate wristwatches.

The manufacturing details in assembly and fabrication are amazing. It is hard to imagine this complexity on such a small scale. I figured some others might enjoy this one. Though it is all mesmerizing to watch, my favorite part was at 4:18 where they print a movement face with a curious machine that was oddly satisfying and answered a question I never had.
